Manufacturing tolerances
Printing variations
Manual measurement
Individual coloring technique
Minor production differences

Because each child chooses their own colors and coloring style, finished results will naturally vary from one outfit to another.

Minor variations in print placement, stitching, fabric appearance, or measurements are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended use of the product.

Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm due to manual measurement.

We reserve the right to:

Some color may fade after washing
The outfit is not designed to wash completely clean for repeated recoloring from the beginning
Coloring results depend on how the markers are applied
Product appearance after use may differ from unused product images

Parents, guardians, or supervising adults remain responsible for deciding how the product and any included markers are used by children.

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as a medical, developmental, educational, or safety certification unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate documentation.

SECTION 18 — CHILD SUPERVISION AND MARKER USE

Because DoodleSprout products are intended for children, an adult should determine whether the product and any included accessories are appropriate for the individual child.

Where markers are included or used with the outfit:

DoodleSprout does not guarantee that marker ink will not transfer to other materials or surfaces.

SECTION 19 — WASHING AND COLOR RESULTS

The colored design is intended to remain visible after use, but some fading or loss of color may occur after washing.

The amount of fading may vary depending on factors including:

Frequency of washing

We do not guarantee that:

Colors will never fade
All colors will fade at the same rate
The finished design will remain unchanged indefinitely
The product will return to its original uncolored state after washing
